1) Eksik ürün gönderdiler. Bu konuda hiçbir bilgilendirme yapmadılar. Ben iki kere mesaj attıktan sonra ancak eksik ürünün ücretini iade ettiler.
2) Siparişin faturasını göndermediler. İki hafta geçti, bu sürede tam dört kez whatsapp hatlarından fatura için iletişime geçtim. Son iki mesajıma cevap dahi vermediler.
Müşteri memnuniyetine verilen önem sıfır, iletişim sıfır, ilgi alaka sıfır...
Ne e-ticaretten anlıyorlar, ne fatura düzenlemede yasal mevzuatı biliyorlar, bir yıldız bile çok.
It's my first time ordering online.
1) They sent the missing item. They did not give any information about it. After I texted twice, they refunded the price of the missing product.
2) They did not send the invoice of the order. Two weeks have passed, during this time, I contacted the WhatsApp lines four times for the invoice. They did not even respond to my last two messages.
Zero importance given to customer satisfaction, zero communication, zero interest...
They don't understand e-commerce, they don't know the legislation in billing, even one star is too much.
