They cancel the ticket when it comes to the refund, no one looks at the phones. It's a complete scam company. The state also sells its tickets from this company. Pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diyarbakır dt den bilet aldım gitmekten vazgeçtim ve iptal ettim. 10 gün oldu ücret iadesi yapılmadı. 1 hafta daha bekleyeceğim eğer parayı iade etmezlerse suç duyurusunda bulunacağım.
I bought a ticket from Diyarbakir dt gave up and I canceled. The refund was 10 days. I'm going to wait another week if they don't return the money.

I canceled the tickets I bought for the cinema on March 12. After 10 days no refund was given. No one answering the phone in customer service. I would not recommend for ticket purchase
