★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son derece rahatsız edici bir durumla karşılaştım. 29.03.2017 tarihinde ramazan bayramına yaptığım 4 günlük rezervasyonuma binaen bugün ( 15.06.2017 ) bilen otomotivi arayarak firmanın kiralık araç departmanından Serkan beyle görüştüm. Ellerinde araç kalmamış ve zaten 1 hafta'dan daha kısa süreye araç kiraya vermiyorlarmış. Bende neden internetten rezervasyon alıyorsunuz almayın o zaman dedim haklısınız web sitemiz güncellenmedi diye bir söz söyledi. Bilen otomotiv firması kurumsallaşmış yada kurumsallaşma yolunda önemli adımlar atan bir firmaymış diye biliyordum. Ama beş para etmezmiş. Bilen oto yöneticilerinin kafasını değiştirmesi lazım. Ben bunu bayrama 8 gün kala yaşadım. Hadi aracı sözde alacağım gün olan 24 Haziran 2017 günü aracı almaya gittiğimde yaşasaydım. Bilen otodan araç kiralayacak veya kiralamayı düşünen arkadaşlar bilen oto kiralık araç işini becerememiş alternatif firmalara bakın ento rent a car, ekar turizm vs.
