A magnificent historical building. It is the government building.

Many thanks to all the friends in the legal affairs department for their professional, friendly and experienced approach.

It is thought that the mansion was built in the years of 1905-1907 during the reign of Abdulhamid II. However, on September 6, 1922, during the War of Liberation, 1956 houses were burned in the Government House by the Greek army withdrawing from Bilecik. The Ottoman coat of arms is still exhibited in the building. The Government House, which was rebuilt between 1922-1924, belongs to the 1st National Architecture Period. The ownership of the building, which is located on a plot of 7664 15 square meters on island 507, parcel no. 20, in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Cumhuriyet Caddesi, is registered in the name of the Treasury and with the decision of the High Board of Real Estate Antiquities and Monuments, dated 1978 and numbered A-1211 has been registered. Although the building looks like two floors from the outside, there is also a half basement floor. There are 6 rooms on the basement, 16 rooms on the ground floor and 16 rooms on the 1st floor.
