★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bilecik 1.Organize Sanayi Bölgesi 15.06.1976 tarihinde 7/12207 sayılı kararname ile kurulmuştur. Bu kararnameye dayanılarak İl Özel İdaresinin ve Bilecik Belediyesinin katılımları ile Organize Sanayi Bölgesi kurmak için şehir merkezine 4 km’lik mesafede 1.500.000 m² arazi kamulaştırılmıştır. Gerekli olan yeşil alanlar, yollar, sosyal tesisler için yerler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 1.100.000 m²’lik alanda 5.000 m² ile 100.000 m²’lik değişik alanlarda 43 adet sanayi parseli üretilerek 42 sanayiciye tahsis edilmiştir. 1996 Yılı itibari ile %100’lük doluluk oranına ulaşmıştır. Arsa alımında kullanılmak üzere kamudan alınan ve 2004 yılına kadar ödenmesi gereken kredi borçlarını defaten ve nakden 1996 yılında ödeyerek özerkliğini elde etmiştir.
Bu nedenle Türkiye’nin il özerk OSB’si olmuştur. Bilecik 1. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi Bölgede yer alan sanayicilerden oluşturulan Yönetim Kurulu tarafından yönetilmektedir. Bilecik 1. Organize Sanayi Bölgemizin tüm içme suyu atıksu hatları 2009 yılı içerisinde yenilenmiştir. Merkezi atıksu arıtma tesisi yapımı tamamlanmış olup, şu an test aşamasındadır. Faaliyete geçtiğinde maksimum 5.500 m³/gün kapasite ile çalışacaktır. Bölge içinde sulamada ve firmalar tarafından imalatta kullanımı amacı ile arıtılmış suyun dağıtım hattının da 2009 yılı içinde yapımı tamamlanmış olup, Bölge içindeki firmaların kullanım suyu ihtiyacı yeni tamamlanan şebekeden sağlanmaktadır. Bilecik 1. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi toplam alanı 1.100.000 m² olup, (110 ha) Tahsisi yapılan parsel sayısı 43 dür. Bölge içerisindeki 42 adet firmanın ağırlıklı üretim konuları mermer, taş ve seramik sektörüdür. Mermer, taş ve seramik sektörü haricinde, iştigal konuları orman sanayi, suni deri suni kösele imalatı, kimya sanayi, demir dışı metallerin ergitilmesi tesislerini de içine alan sektörler de bulunmaktadır. Bölgemiz tam kapasite ile çalıştığında yaklaşık 3.500 kişi istihdam edilecektir. I.Organize Sanayi Bölgemizde yer alan sanayicilerimiz bölge içi yapılan tüm masrafları kredi faizleri dahil kendileri ödemiştir. Bölgedeki sanayicilerimize tahsisi yapılan arsaların maliyetleri ise; bölge için yapılan her türlü masraf ve yatırımların bedelleri ile kullanılan kredi ve faizleri de hesaplanarak bulunmuştur. Bulunan bu değer TL/M2 olarak sanayicilerden tahsis edilmiştir. Ayrıca altyapı tesislerinin bakımı ve onarımı için 20 kişilik bakım ekibi 24 saat hizmet vermektedir.
Bilecik 1.Organize Industrial Zone was established on 15.06.1976 with the decree 7/12207. On the basis of this decree, with the participation of the Special Provincial Administration and the Bilecik Municipality, 1,500,000 m² of land was expropriated 4 km from the city center to establish an Organized Industrial Zone. After leaving places for the necessary green areas, roads and social facilities, 43 industrial parcels were produced in 5.000 m² area and 100.000 m² area in 4200 m2 area. As of 1996, it reached 100% occupancy rate. It obtained its autonomy by paying the loan debts, which were taken from the public for use in the land purchase and paid until 2004, in cash and in 1996.
