Шеф Байкал бесподобно печет пиде (наша любимая - с бараниной и сыром) и варит супы (мерджмек из чечевицы, келле пача - это суп типа горячего холодца из говяжих ног и головы, языков - хорошо есть с чесночным соусом и капелькой уксуса и лимона в тарелке. Ну и менее экзотичный куриный -густой сливочный крем-суп с изрядным количеством куриной грудки. Если вдруг не наедитесь супами (а к ним подают свежеиспеченные лепешки и салат), то берите адана кебаб или кузу пирзола -каре ягненка на косточках. Заказали по блюду на двоих и напитки, но нас ждал ещё и приятный комплемент от ресторана - тарелка нарезанного арбуза и дыни. Очень понравилось заведение, придем снова.
