★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miss Fatos Aydogan posing as a store manager is very unhealthy. When I wanted to exchange a broken porcelain piece that your colleague had not packed properly, she says that would not work because she would otherwise have to pay out of her own pocket. To accuse us of blaming ourselves is an impertinence. I will now write a complaint to the head office about this lady. That's not how you deal with customers.
