As someone who has eaten şerdan in 4 corners of Adana and kokoreç in 4 corners of Ankara, I say that you cannot eat better in Konya. I vouch for all three of mumbar, şırdan and kokoreç.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk deneyim için şırdan çok güzeldi mumbar içi güzeldi ama bence pişirememişler. Pek esnaflıklarına gelişmiş diyemem. İnsan bir iki kelam eder anlatır ama verdikleri cevap "bizde böyle" şırdan çok lezzetliydi
For the first experience, the şerdan was very nice, the inside of mumbar was nice, but I think they couldn't cook it. I can't say that their craftsmanship is advanced. People say a word or two, but the answer they gave was "this is how we are".

Number one place, brothers, they are very nice people, it would be a lie if I say that the price and the taste are one of the first two best şır I've ever eaten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Konya da şırdanı kendisi yapan tek mekan bu sayede taze taze yeme fırsatı buluyorsunuz. Amcanın el yapımı şalgamını da mutlaka öneririm. Otopark problemi yok. Mekan küçük ama nezih, masalar temiz, şırdan kesinlikle lezzetli tavsiye edilir.
This is the only place in Konya that makes şerdan itself, so you have the opportunity to eat it fresh. I definitely recommend your uncle's handmade turnip. No parking problem. The place is small but decent, the tables are clean, the şerdan is absolutely delicious, recommended.
