Backgammon players in Adana do it better. No rose water put, I guess I couldn't taste at all, the sinks are filthy, they don't have a habit of wiping tables, it's like a mess, I ate it up, maybe they'll wipe the tables

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adana’nın geleneksel tatlısı: buz parçaları, nişastalı muhallebi üzerine Gül suyu dökülerek yapılıyor. Yaz uçağında serinlemek İçin bolca tüketiliyormuş. Bizle bir tat /lezzet bulamadık. Ancak sahlebini özellikle köy sütünden ve köy sahlebinden yapıldığı İçin çok beğendik ( sadece şekeri biraz fazlaydı). Dekorasyon bieaz uyumsuz; rustik tavan, koyu kahve ahşap çatı direklerinin altında ;sayfiye yerlerindeki Bambu bahçe masa/sandalye takımları göz yorucuydu. Sahibi Hanımefendi çok sıcak kanlı ve hoş sohbetti. Manzarası da çok hoş tabi. Fiyatlar oldukça uygun. Evlenme teklifi /doğum günü kutlaması vb için bir köşe hazırlanmış...
Traditional dessert of Adana: ice pieces are made by pouring Rose water over starchy custard. He was consumed a lot to cool off on the summer plane. We did not find a taste / flavor with us. However, we especially liked sahlebini because it was made from village milk and village sahlebini (only a little bit of sugar). The decoration was bieaz mismatched; under the rustic ceiling, dark brown wooden roof posts, and the bamboo garden table / chair sets in the cottages were eye-catching. The owner lady was very warm bloody and pleasantly chatted. The scenery is also very pleasant. Prices are quite reasonable. A corner prepared for marriage proposal / birthday celebration etc ...
