Eger vücudunuzu tanımıyorsanız ve hem rahatça spor yapıp hem de kendinizi iyi hissetmek istiyorsanız arzu hocayı kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Diğer yoga stüdyoları gibi 100 kişinin içinde kaybolmuyorsunuz, size özel ilgi ve alaka görüyorsunuz. Çok memnunum.
It's a rope-yoga studio I've been going on for a year. If you do not know your body and you want to feel comfortable with both sport and feel good, I would definitely recommend the coach. You don't get lost in 100 people like other yoga studios. I am very pleased.
