★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last December my family and I took a trip to Turkey where we visited Bezirhane Culture, upon my arrival I immediately fell in love with their pieces and wanted to take one home with me. Once I Arrived to the states, I opened the box to only realize my package was mishandled by the airline and my decanter was in pieces. I immediately called them and within a month I received a brand new one, They did such a good job of communicating with me and making sure I had my one of a kind piece in perfect condition in no time, I would highly recommend purchasing any items from this store. Great costumer service and beautiful pieces.

Cool place. The storekeepers can get annoying sometimes when trying to convince you to buy something. Slightly overpriced, but then again, how can you decide what art costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place, there was an impressive demonstration of the painting procedure of the ceramics, and also the procedure of how they are making the ceramics. There was also a huge variety of ceramics to buy, starting from normal prices & reaching very expensive ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT! Please stay away from this shop. This is part of the standard tour where they force you to spend sometime here. The salesmen act all nice until they realise that you are not willing to buy. Everything is priced in USD and not TL! I found the exact same pieces outside of 1/3rd the price or even lesser. They just wear suits and speak in English. I am not willing to pay that premium for that comfort. I'd rather go to the bazaar and buy from a small trader.

Turkish government uses these guys for historical repairs of tiles and ceramic when it's super sensitive.
