★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha önce defalarca alışveriş yaptığımız, tanıdığımız diyerek Beyza Kuyumculuk firmasından ö. beyin yanına altın almak için gittik. Bir tane set Beğendik. Bu setin rengini açabilir miyiz dediğimizde hemen açtırıp getirelim dediler. Ürünün ücretini ödemeden bu işlem yapılarak bize gösterildi.
İsteseydik ürünü beğenmedik diyerek çıkıp gidebilirdik. "Ürünü alırken beğenmezsen değiştiririz hatta iade bile alırız. Siz yabancı değilsiniz dediler." Ürünü 4 gün sonra iade etmek istediğimizde banka kesinti yaptığı için %18 kesinti olduğunu + işçilik bedeli 3.000,00 TL'ye yakın komisyon ücreti talep ettiler.
Aynı ürünü başka bir kuyumcuya götürdük, aynı set 14 ayar 25,70 gr 6.400,00 TL satış fiyatı var iken biz 14 ayar 23.59 gr. Sete 8.200,00 TL ödeme yapmışız. Yüzük ile beraber 9.400,00 TL ödedik. Bu nasıl bir tanıdık indirimi olmuş anlamış değilim. Ürünü iade talebimize olumsuz yanıt aldık. Daha önce buradan alışveriş yapan diğer tanıdıklarımın da buradan alışveriş yapmasını engeleyeceğim. Böyle ticaret olmaz.

When we said can we lighten the color of this set, they said to open it immediately. This process was done without paying the price of the product and was shown to us.
If we wanted to, we could go out saying we didn't like the product. They said, "If you don't like the product, we will change it or even get a refund. You are not a stranger." When we wanted to return the product after 4 days, they demanded a commission fee of 18% as the bank made a cut + workmanship fee of 3,000.00 TL.
We took the same product to another jeweler, the same set had 14 carat 25,70 gr 6.400,00 TL, while we had 14 carat 23.59 gr. We paid 8.200,00 TL to the set. We paid 9.400,00 TL with the ring. I do not understand what a familiar discount this is. We received a negative response to our request to return the product. I will also prevent other acquaintances who have been shopping here from shopping before. There is no such trade.
