 We shopped at the Panora store yesterday, the products are nice, but the price remains high in terms of price performance. There were 2 clerks working, they show insulting attitudes to customers as if they are selling please do not go my advice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I’ve ever faced in a Turkish store. Stay away or be ready to lose your money and plenty of time and end up without the items you’ve actually were waiting for. You pay your money and wait for weeks. They don’t ship your order unless you call and ask for it. They send your order with some items excluded. And they don’t refund money for the items they never sent. They just give you a voucher (again, if you call call center and ask for it). And of course you’ll never use that voucher after all these nerves. So win-win for them, lose-lose for the customer.
