★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مجمع فاشل ومهجور لا احد يرغب بالسكن فيه ..أسوأ مطور عقاري ممكن ان تتعامل معه ليس لديهم مهنية ولا أمانة في التعامل ويستغلون العرب بشكل وقح.. يقطعون الماء والكهرباء عن السكان بشكل متعمد ..قد يتحسن المجمع ويصبح مكان مزدهر ومذهل للعيش اذا تغيرت الادارة او تغيرت طريقة تفكير المطور العقاري
A failed and abandoned complex that no one wants to live in.. the worst real estate developer that you can deal with. They have no professionalism or honesty in dealing and they take advantage of the Arabs in a shameless manner.. they deliberately cut off water and electricity from the residents.. the complex may improve and become a prosperous and amazing place to live if the administration changes Or has the real estate developer's way of thinking changed?
