It is the most beautiful residential and shopping mall settlement in Ankara. However, as it is problematic due to legal problems, it has sales and rental values below the prices it deserves. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatlar uçuk, çok pahalı gibi yorumlar yapılmış, çiçeği burnunda bir inşaat mühendisi iken 2002-2003 civarıydı sanırım buranın şantiyesinde 3 ay staj yapmıştım... c45 sınıf beton kullanılıyordu, demir donatı sürekli kontrol ediliyordu. Çok katlılara fore kazık uygulanmıştı, tabiki 99 depreminden ötürü bir korku vardı ancak o yıllardan bu yana o kadar şantiye gezdim böyle düzenli ve iyi işçilik görmedim. sahtekar mütehayitlerin dere kumlu dairelerine milyonlar verenler bilip bilmeden pahalı diye ahkam kesmesin;)
There have been comments such as prices are so expensive, very expensive, it was around 2002-2003 when I was a fledgling civil engineer, I think I had an internship for 3 months on the construction site of this place ... C45 class concrete was used, iron reinforcement was constantly checked. Bored piles were applied to multiple floors, of course, there was a fear of the 99 earthquake, but since those years I have visited so many construction sites I have not seen such regular and good workmanship. Those who give millions to the sandy brook flats of the dishonest thinkers should not judge without knowing it is expensive;)
