★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 1 yıl önce ev kiraladık. Malik tüm yetkileri kendine vermiş. 3 yıl sözleşme imzaladık. Ancak ev kiralarken evin satışta olduğunu söylemedi. Söylense tutmazdık. Her neyse, satış olabileceğini eve taşındıktan sonra ev sahibinden öğrendik. Satış olursa yetkili emlakçıdır, siz sözleşme sonuna kadar oturacaksınız dendi. Sonuç ne oldu, 1 yıl sonra pandeminin ortasında ev satıldı ve tüm bu sözlere rağmen satış sonrası yeni malik hemen 1 ay içinde ''evimden çıkın'' ihtarı çekti. Sonu ne olur bilemiyoruz ama kesin tavsiyem bu emlakçıdan ev tutmayın da almayın da... Tek düşüncesi kendi para kazanması...

What was the result? 1 year later, the house was sold in the middle of the pandemic, and despite all these promises, the new owner immediately received a '' get out of my home '' warning within 1 month after the sale. We do not know what the end will be, but my definite advice is not to buy or buy a house from this real estate agent ... His only thought is to make his own money ...
