We drank Beyran soup, it was legendary. I think it deserves a lot more comments and likes. I would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, aber köstlich! Nette Bedienung. Der Knoblauch wird grob zerhauen und ist später noch bissfest - nur für die restliche Tagesplanung nach dem Beyran-Verzehr.
A little out of the way from the center, but delicious! Nice service. The garlic is roughly chopped up and is later still firm to the bite - only for planning the rest of the day after consuming Beyran.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle beyran konusunda yediğim en guzel beyrandi. Kelebek metanet sadik ustada da yedim ama burasi kadar lezzetli degildi. Onlar isim yapmışlar ama lezzet konusunda kesinlikle burasi daha iyi. Sicacik ekmek de hemen yanda fırından geliyor.
It was definitely the most beautiful one I've ever eaten. I have eaten at the loyal master of butterfly fortitude but it was not as tasty as this place. They have made a name, but this place is definitely better in flavor. Hot bread comes from the oven right next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 들어가면 의사 가운 입고 계시는 할아버지가 웃어주신다. 어디서 왔냐 묻고 친절하게 이거저거 넣어서 먹으라고 해주신다. 간 마늘이 많이 들어있다. 처음 국물맛은 애매했는데 레몬을 넣으니 맛이 난다. 차이도 서비스로 주셔서 마시고 나온다.
베이란 1인분 30리라.
When you enter, you are greeted by a smiling grandfather in a doctor's gown. He asked where he came from and kindly told him to put this and that and eat it. Contains a lot of ground garlic. The taste of the soup was vague at first, but adding lemon makes it taste better. Chai is served as a service and you drink it.
