★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evlerin bahçesi olmadığı için değerinin çok altında ev satılan sitedir. Her evin 300 er m2 arsası olsa değeri çok artardı. 1 adet domatesi nereye dikebileceğimi sorduğumda bahçıvan sizin için site kenarındaki arsaya diker demişlerdi. Dağ evi olayını çözememiş olan sitedir.
Since the houses do not have a garden, the house is sold far below its value. If each house had a plot of 300 m2, its value would increase.
