★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanlar süper ilgililerdi. Takımlar çok kaliteliydi, diğer markalardan farkı anlaşılıyor hemen. Bundan sonra hep buradan takım alacağım. Çok memnun kaldım, özellikle çalışanların ilgisi beni çok mutlu etti.
Staff were super interested. Teams were very good quality, the difference from other brands is immediately understood. From now on, I always get a team from here. I was very pleased, especially the interest of the employees made me very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara Cepa beymen business mağazasından iki takım elbise aldım. Bir kamu görevlisi olmam sebebiyle daha önce de başka mağazalardan bir çok takım elbise aldım. Hiçbirisinde terzi işlemleri için ücret alındığını görmedim ve duymadım. Bahsettigim mağaza daraltma işlemi için ücret tahsil ettiği gibi iki takımı iki haftada zor teslim aldım. Aldıktan iki hafta geçmeden takımlardan birinin parçasında deforme gerçekleşti. Mağaza çalışanları alırken efendim takımlarımız 2 yıl garantilidir demelerine güvenip değişim için başvurdum. Bir haftadan uzun süre cevap bekledik ama gelen cevap üretim hatası değil de öyle böyle. Satarken her türlü deforme garantiye tabi diyorlar. Deforme olunca da bizden kaynaklı değil deyip geçiştiriyorlar. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradım onlardan durum hakkında bilgi istedim. Karşıdaki bayana birşeyler anlatıca aynı şeyleri tekrarlayıp durdu. Yetkili müdürünüzü felan baglayin diyordum bağlamıyorlar. Yani anlayacağınız ne mağazadan memmun kaldım ne müşteri hizmetlerinden nede pek satarken bahsettikleri 'efendim ürünlerimiz iki yıl garantilidir.!!!' dedikleri garantilerinden. Ben bu olayı yeni yaşadım ve kamuoyuna da yapılanı bildirmek istedim. Ben bildirmesem haksızlık yapanlar yaptıklarının yanlarına kar kalacağını sanacaklar. Yaşadığım olay bundan ibarettir. Saygıyla duyurulur.
I bought two suits from Ankara Cepa beymen business store. Because of being a public official, I bought a lot of suits from other stores before. I didn't see and hear that any of them were charged for tailoring. As I was charged for the store collapse process I mentioned, I received two sets of difficult delivery in two weeks. Two weeks after receiving it, one of the teams was deformed. When I took the store employees, I trusted them to say that our teams are guaranteed for 2 years. We waited for more than a week to answer, but the answer is not a production error. They say that all kinds of deformations are subject to warranty when selling. When they are deformed, they say that it is not caused by us and they pass away. I called the customer service and asked them about the situation. She kept repeating the same thing to the lady she told. I told you to connect your authorized director or something. So you can understand what I did not stay in the store nor what the customer service they are talking about when selling 'sir our products are guaranteed for two years. !!!' from their guarantees. I just experienced this event and wanted to let the public know what had been done. If I didn't report, it would be unfair to think that what they did would be profitable. That's what I'm going through. Respectfully announced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşportacı daha rahat bırakıyor insanı. Aklınızda birşey var mı diye sürekli peşinizde gezip rahat bırakmıyorlar. Girdiğim gibi aklımda olanın sadece dolaşıp kendime göre bir şeyler aramak olduğuny söyledim. 3 dakika geçmeden aklınızda bir şey varsa yardımcı olayım diye yapıştı aynı kişi. Evet aklımda birşey var, o da Beymen Business'e girdiğimde ben istersem yardımcı olunması. Ne bileyim bu sene ne üretmişler, bana uygun oluyor mu olmuyor mu? Geldim gezip bakayım, beğendiğimi deneyip bulamazsam bedenimi sorayım. Pandemide elli kere kilo alıp vermişim bana kaç beden diye sormalarına izin vermeden aklımda olanı yaptım, mağazayı terk ettim
