★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyaz Homes sold to me a house with an illegally built swimming pool and then said they did not know about it, although even a house gardener knew, and this was clearly mentioned in the appraisal report (unfortunately, in Turkish). The municipality can now demand to demolish it. If this happens, I will make sure to sue Beyaz Homes and make them bankrupt.
Be very careful.

I live in united state and I was pretty impressed with the way they have handled all paperwork and the money as well. I was hesitant in the beginning, but the level of honesty and dedications was so amazing.
I still have the house until now and their service continued to extend until now as a property management. All thanks again goes to Aykut Kilinc and his wonderful brother Tahsin Kilinc. I truly can't thank you enough.
