Evi gezdirirken yeni temizliği yapıldı denilen evin klozetinde idrar lekeleri var, banyosunda kullanılmış kadın külodu, örümcek ve kirler var, buzdolabının içi fırın yemek lekeleriyle dolu, fırının içinde yağlı kızartılmış yemek artıkları mevcut. Yardımcı olmaya çalışırmış gibi görünüp sonunda hiçbir sonuç elde edilemeyen bir yer. Kesinlikle hiçbir surette işim olmaz, herkese de uzak durmasını tavsiye ederim.
I definitely do not recommend it under any circumstances. The house, which was said to have been cleaned while walking around the house, has urine stains on the toilet bowl, used women's panties, spiders and dirt in the bathroom, the inside of the refrigerator is full of food stains, and the oven contains oily fried food residues. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü emlakçı Mehmet Güney! Sadece kendi çıkarını düşünüyor. Kira bedelinden daha fazla komisyon alıyor. Bütün müşterilerini tersliyor ve evler kendisininmiş gibi “evi vermiyorum” gibi bir uslup takınıyor!!! Böyle bir insana para kazandırmamanızı tavsiye ediyorum.
The worst real estate agent I have ever seen in my life is Mehmet Güney! He thinks only of his own. He's getting more commissions than rent. She fucks all her customers and she wore a house like her own ... I'm not giving her a house! I advise you not to make money for such a person.
