In primul rand as vrea sa incep cu locatia, care nu era conform celor spuse pe booking, acolo aparea o adresa, am ajuns la aceea adresa, dar vila nu era acolo. L am sunat pe Ali( managerul) trimitandu-ne la o alta locatie, care defapt aceea era locatia defapt, dar la vreo 5 km distanta de plaja si in cucuietii din deal practic, pe parte total opusa a plajei,desi pe booking aparea 1 km distanta de plaja adresa mult mai apropiata de plaja. Am trecut peste acest aspect...am ajuns la cazare si am vizionat vila in care trebuia sa stam, care bineinteles nu era ceea ce rezervasem, Ali explicandu-ne ca noi am rezervat standard si defapt ce ni s a prezentat pe booking era vila deluxe, ideea e ca nu era ca in pozele pe care le vazusem. Ce mai pot spune este ca dotarile vilei au lasat de dorit, mai exact , niciun aer nu functiona sau functiona 10 min si apoi se oprea ,wi fi functiona doar cand vroia el, probleme cu plita, tv.ul nu functiona, aparea signal yok?,frigiderul era foarte murdar, iar wc.urile neigienizate, practiv vila parea ca nici nu a fost curatata inainte sa ne cazam,dusul era rupt aproape sa cada, si furniciile convetionau cu noi in vila, nu mai spun ca nu ni s au oferit si cele necesare pentru curatenie sau sa vina cineva in termen de 9 zile de cazare sa ne aduca un prosop curat sau hartie igienica. Desi ne am dorit foarte mult sa experimentam Turcia pt prima data, cazarea ne a dezamagit foarte tare. Hi, I would like to tell you about my experience at Beverly Hills Villas. We went over this aspect ... we arrived at the accommodation and we watched the villa where we had to stay, which of course was not what we had booked, Ali explaining that we booked standard and in fact what was presented to us on booking was the deluxe villa , the idea is that it was not like in the pictures I had seen. What I can say is that the endowments of the villa left much to be desired, more precisely, no air worked or worked for 10 minutes and then it stopped, wi fi worked only when he wanted, problems with the stove, the TV did not work, yok signal appeared ?, the fridge was very dirty, and the toilets were not sanitized, the villa practically didn't seem to have been cleaned before we stayed, the shower was broken almost to fall, and the ants were living with us in the villa, I'm not saying they didn't have us. also offered the necessary ones for cleaning or for someone to come within 9 days of accommodation to bring us a clean towel or toilet paper. Although we really wanted to experience Turkey for the first time, the accommodation disappointed us a lot.
