★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 7 days in it, room was very clean and spacious, service was very good and the staff were really nice and friendly, the buffet during breakfast and dinner included a large variety of delicious food. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay at the hotel with my family from 18/07/2021 to 20/07/2021. My experience with this hotel is so horrible. A/C is not working in the room and also any where in the hotel. The lights are not working in the lobby also. When we went to the receptionists for the complaint they never listen I even request for the fan , but no words to resolve the issue. Even the manager is not nice with us. When we wants to talk to him about that matter he don’t want to talk to us. This is not a hotel it’s look like worst then motel. Best western supposed to take there flag back from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! Close to shopping, can walk to city center. Rooms are nice and clean ,folding restaurant is excellent. Cons. Bed a little hard and walls a little thin. But would stay here again for a night...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the hotel is very old. This will be more clear when you go into your room. Furnitures are broken, the bathroom is small and the bathtub is old. The air-conditioning was not working 100% and we had to leave it on the whole day.
Breakfast is every day the same. I bet food from the day before is also being used. After 3 days I had enough of the breakfast and would buy food outside.
Then coming to the staff. The staff is unprofessional and barely speak English. And if they do, you won't understand it. We had a problem and the staff didn't do anything to help us; they didn't care.
The location of the hotel is nice and everything is close by. But the next time we'll go to a more relaxed hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are great! Have everything what you need. Pc desk, mini bar, kettle, 2 bootles of water, there is bath and shower! Massive bed, so u can relax after long day. There is many mirrors too, so you can ensure you walk out dressed properly! Lighting wasnt strongest in room, but thats all. Thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many people come to Antalya for historical reasons and for being near to the beach. This hotel do not meet any of these but Khan hotel is of the bigger hotels in the heart of the city.
Hotel staff is kind and efficient. Although breakfast hall was extremely full of tourists ( mainly Iranian due to Nawruz) the staff was literally running around to meet customer demands. Breakfast itself was rich and satisfying.
Although hotel rooms and especially bathrooms need serious renovation, the size and design of the room was o.k for me.
My main complaint is realted to the heating. It was very cold. I called 2 times the technical stafff. They could not fix it. This needs to be repaied soon.
