★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Плюсы. Отличное расположение, тихий и красивый район. До моря 350 метров, напротив 2 пляжа 15 и 16, в 3х минутах пешком 4 супермаркета, 4 км до центра Аланьи, светлые и современные квартиры, большие балконы, плита газ+ электричество, отопление кондиционером, горячая вода через проточный бройлер.
Минусы. Рядом , метров 200, мечеть, слышно громко, это надо иметь ввиду. Звукоизоляция в апартаментах плохая, слышен каждый звук. Летом шумно на территории комплекса, если окна выходят на бассейн.
 Pros. Great location, quiet and beautiful area. 350 meters from the sea, opposite 2 beaches 15 and 16, 4 supermarkets 3 minutes walk, 4 km to the center of Alanya, bright and modern apartments, large balconies, gas stove + electricity, air conditioning heating, hot water through a flowing broiler.
Minuses. Nearby, 200 meters, a mosque, you can hear it loudly, this must be borne in mind. The soundproofing in the apartments is poor, you can hear every sound. In summer it is noisy on the territory of the complex if the windows overlook the pool.
