★ ★ ★ ★ ★ halıları almadan önce "beğeninceye kadar yıkarız" sözlerinde durmadılar. makine halıları temizdi fakat 1 tane el dokuma halı verdim ve renkler birbirine girmiş. nasıl yapılacağını bildiğim ve söylediğim halde yapmadılar. geri de dönmediler. yapmak istedikleri işlem halıyı komple solduruyor. sakın el dokuma halınızı vermeyin, pişman olursunuz.

they didn't keep their word "we wash them until we like them" before buying them. machine carpets were clean, but I gave 1 hand woven carpet and the colors were mixed. They didn't do it even though I knew and told them how to do it. they did not come back. The process they want to do is completely fading the carpet. Do not give your hand-woven carpet, you will regret it.
