★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tam olarak bir kütüphane havası yok. Bunun da en büyük nedeni salonlarının yetersiz olması. Zaten eski devlet hastanesinin yerine kurulması da kütüphaneye verilen değeri gösteriyor. Lâkin kaynak ve kitap anlamında zengin bir kütüphane.
 Not exactly a library atmosphere. The main reason for this is the insufficient number of halls. The fact that it was built on the site of the old state hospital shows the value given to the library. However, it is a rich library in terms of resources and books.
