★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for the Besiktas branch shop which is not dealing with Apple phones. Owner K. Yavuz hungs up on you, doesn't answer the messages in which I was submitting documents to prove that KVK Kartal had fixed my phone previously and my phone is under Turkish warranty. When I went to get back my non-repaired phone and asked why K. Yavuz hadn't answered my messages, he started to yell to my face and refused to look at the documents. Frankly, this is the worst customer service in Turkey so far, that means it is seriously bad. Avoid like plague and go to Kartal KVK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was mediocre. One service guy was busy on his phone despite there being customers waiting in line. After helping on customer they make you wait an unreasonable amount of time before calling the next customer. Its a shame for an Apple approved technical service really

Since they only can give service to ones that register their Iphone in Turkey and not any other xountries.
Yes the stuff is nice ebough to support yoou but you need to do the communication vua Iphobe translator since tgei english speak knowledge is limited !!!

they will change all mother board
Thy can fix only easy broblems
