I bought a pair of trousers from this store and I'm not satisfied at all, even though there was a production error in the product, they said it was a user error, and they returned my product. I don't recommend anyone to a lousy store.

The store manager is disinterested and cocky. He is a person who does not have the ability to empathize with the customer. I will never step foot in this store again.

Hiç kimse halka açık alanda aşağılanmayı hak etmiyor. Kimse herkesin önünde kovulmayı hak etmiyor. Asla alışveriş yapmam ve yapılmasını da tavsiye etmem
In the middle of a cafe in front of my eyes, they mobbing, accusing and humiliating their employee, forcing him to resign and having him sign. I never recommend. No one deserves to be humiliated in public. No one deserves to be fired in front of everyone. I would never buy or recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe richtig viel am 27.12.2021 gekauft und mir hat die Filialleiterin gesagt, dass ich jederzeit die Klamotten die nicht passen zurückgeben kann, da ich ihr gesagt habe, dass ich die Sachen mit nach Deutschland nehme. Jetzt am 06.02.2022 wollte ich 3 Hosen zurückgeben, da wurde mir gesagt, dass es nicht geht, weil es zu spät wäre. Die Hosen sind alle noch mit einem Etikett versehen und ungetragen. Die Filialleiterin meinte, dass sie das nicht gesagt hat und hat mir ins Gesicht gelogen. Also ich werde mich auch bei der Zentrale beschweren. İch würde dort nie wieder einkaufen. Das Personal ist genauso unfreundlich wie die Filialleiterin. Würde sogar gar keinen Stern geben.
I bought a lot on December 27th, 2021 and the branch manager told me that I can always return the clothes that don't fit because I told her that I would take the things with me to Germany. Now on February 6th, 2022 I wanted to return 3 pairs of pants when I was told that it was not possible because it would be too late. The trousers still have tags attached and have never been worn. The store manager said she didn't say that and lied to my face. So I will also complain to the head office. I would never shop there again. The staff is just as rude as the store manager. Wouldn't even give a star.
