Berskha.com aracılığıyla Black Friday'de aldığım ürün stok yok sebebiyle iptal edilerek yollanmadı. Madem ürün yok neden satıyorsunuz? Yaptığınız bir günlük indirimde aldığım ürünü yollamayarak o gün diğer indirimlere bakıp ihtiyacını alamayan beni mağdur ettiniz. Sadece "üzülerek ürünü gönderemiyoruz" diye kuru bir mail atıyorsunuz. Trendyol'dan alsaydım ürünü ceza yememek adına yollayacağınızdan adım kadar emindim. Mağdur olmamak adına Bershka, Pull & Bear ve diğer Inditex mağazalarının online platformlarından alışveriş yapmayın.
