Yine gittiğim bir gün de mağaza müdürü olduğunu söyleyen bi hanımefendinin başka bir müşteriyle olan dioloğuna şahit oldum. Müşteri ürün iade talebi istiyor fişi olmasına rağmen ürün iadesinin yapılamadığını söyleniyor. Yönetici her ne kadar uslübu kibar gibi olsada müşteriyi yüksek ses tonuyla ve sivri fevri hareketleriyle müşteriyi resmen tahrik etti. Bir yöneticinin bu şekilde davranması hiç hoş değildi. O kadar insanın içinde müşteriyi rezil etti. Müşteri olarak tercih etmek yerine online tercih ediyorum

He disgraced the customer among so many people. I prefer online rather than as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest cashier I’ve ever seen. The manager was helpful though. Their collection is small but nice. The cashier banged hands on the counter and wouldn’t take American dollars whereas all the other stores did.
