I did not come across such an irresponsible store. I wanted to return the product we bought 18 hours ago, they did not accept it. I call customer service, they do not give health and a positive answer. This situation made me very sad.

Ceyizim serilecek takımım ortada yok. Asla kimseye önermeyeceğim. Bir çözüm yolu bulunmuyor. Herkez atiynı şikayetten muzdarip.
My dowry set, which I remember from Antalya Terra City store, was said to come after 2 weeks. It was two months. If we did not call, no one gave information. I wonder if they themselves believe in their answers. My Ceyizim team is not in the middle. I will never recommend it to anyone. There is no solution. Everyone suffers from the horse's complaint.

Ürün alırken kesinlikle geri dönüş yapamiyacaginizi bilin. ben 60 parçalık yemek takımı aldım , bilerek kırık parcali takım sattılar sonradan da geri almadılar. Yasal hakkim olan geri iade hakkını kullandırmadiar kendi hatalar8n9lmasina rağmen
terra City Bernardo employees always give false information. their only purpose is to sell and celebrate the day. When buying a product, know that you cannot return. I bought a 60-piece dinner set, they deliberately sold a broken piece set and did not buy it back later. I have not exercised my legal right of return, despite their own mistakes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman we met was really patient and a very nice person, I forgot to ask his name though. He was kind enough to explain all the details regarding the product. The prices are really good for the quality of product they sell, also you can find the varieties of fancy home decor articles, after coming back I realized I should have bought more but baggage limitations. Also, they packed it so well that nothing was damaged on our way back to Germany✌?
