Last year I bought a dowry package and they said that I could get my broken products free of charge for 5 years. One of my plate was broken, I wanted a new one and they asked for a fee. I also said that they didn't tell that way, but unfortunately. ONLY LAFTALAR ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 2 ay önce çeyiz paketi aldım. Satarken bana paketin içerisinde değişiklik yaptıkları ürünü değişiklik yapmamışlar gibi gönderdiler. Ürünü geri götürdüğümde bana böyle bir şey söylemediklerini söylediler ve istemediğim urunu almak zorunda kaldım. Takım olarak aldığım suplaların biri farklı geldi hiç bir şey yapmadılar. Yalan dolanla ürün satmaya çalışan, sattıkları ürünün arkasında durmayan, sadece para peşinde koşan çalışanlardan oluşan bir marka. Kesinlikle ürün satın ALMAYIN!!!!!
I bought the dowry package about 2 months ago. When they sold me, they sent me the product in the package as if they hadn't made any changes. When I took the product back, they told me they didn't say anything like that and I had to buy the product that I didn't want. One of the suplases that I took as a team didn't do anything. It is a brand that consists of employees who try to sell products with their lies and who do not stand behind the products they sell and who are just after money. Absolutely DO NOT buy the product !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yıldızı bile hak etmeyecek kadar berbat bir mağaza ve çalışanları var . (Başta müdür olmak üzere) 1 yıl önce çeyiz takımı aldım ücretini ödememe rağmen 1 yıldır ürünlerim elime gelmedi. Mağazaya gittigimde bu kadar çok istiyorsan para iadesi isteyecektin diye bana saygısız ve seviyesizce konuştular. Bugün ürünlerim elime geldi ve hepsi kırık. Gerekli her yere tüketici olarak şikayette bulundum. suç duyurusunda da bulunacağım. İsmi bu kadar duyulmuş bir mağaza olmasına rağmen bu işleyişle ve bu kadar saygısiz çalışanları ile bu mağazadan bir daha asla alısveris yapmam ve tanıdığım.her yere de ne kadar berbat olduğunuzu soyleyecegim.
They have a lousy store and employees that don't deserve even a star. I bought a dowry set 1 year ago (mainly the manager). Although I paid the fee, my products did not come to me for 1 year. When I went to the store they talked to me disrespectfully and offhand that if you wanted so badly, you'd be asking for a refund. I received my products today and they are all broken. I complained wherever necessary as a consumer. I will also file a criminal complaint. Although it is such a well-known store, with this operation and with such disrespectful employees, I will never shop from this store again and I will tell you how awful you are everywhere I know.
