They did not help with the warranty of the product I bought from another bernardo store, they told me to send it to the ankara store I bought. I called Ankara and it was said that we are a corporate company, they need to help.

It hasn't been a year yet. I bought Bernardo pan and pot sets from you. Even though I used it so meticulously and carefully, the pans started to become warped and dark and the handles started to play. I am very sorry. I will never buy a Bernardo brand product again.
