Since we are going to get married on September 29, we wanted to buy a dowry set from Bernardo products, whose designs we liked and we went to Adana OPTIMUM BERNARDO Store. I have done millions of purchases and bought products in my life, but I have not seen such a disgrace… I am at the point of going crazy now…. 1- How can a corporate looking store behave so irresponsibly? 2- How can customer satisfaction and customer relations be so reckless and careless? 3- How does no employee know or follow the work and process of the other employee? 4- How can so many mistakes be made? 5- How can a customer suffer so much? It was really the most problematic and serious shopping I have ever done in my life !!!!

The staff was very interested. They shipped the products to my home and arrived within 2 days. They also guarantee the replacement of products damaged during shipping. My 2 products were cracked in the cargo. They said they could change whenever I wanted, and they did. A store where you can easily shop.

They sold the product they did not have and sent another product home. Absolutely do not shop. When I called a different model of dinner fork and dessert fork, they said that if you know the table manners, it is very normal for the two to be different because you are eating someone with a sweet person.
