★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Останавливались семьёй из 5-ти человек в дуплексе два года назад. Остались довольны. Хозяин очень гибкий человек, рад предложить лучшее и учесть пожелания. Постельное и полотенца меняют по личной просьбе. Есть стиральная машина в номере и видимо считают, что жильцы могут и сами постирать, если щахотят. В этом году тоже забронировали в этом апарт-отеле номер с одной спальней. В целом всё хорошо, но не следят, чтобы пополнить посуду. Посуда в номере вся разная и ее очень мало. В целом это не испортило нам отпуск. Если приедем ещё, то скорее всего остановимся тут.
 Stayed as a family of 5 in a duplex two years ago. We were satisfied. The owner is a very flexible person, happy to offer the best and take into account your wishes. Bed linen and towels are changed upon personal request. There is a washing machine in the room and, apparently, they think that the residents can do their own laundry if they want to. This year we have also booked a one-bedroom suite at this apart-hotel. In general, everything is fine, but they are not supervised to refill the dishes. The dishes in the room are all different and there are very few of them. In general, this did not spoil our vacation. If we come again, we will most likely stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ На неделю пришлось снять аппарат, неплохо и по цене и по местоположению. Есть стиральная машина. Уборка хромает, мебель устала и местами поломана , просто необходимо немного ремонта. Есть кухня с мин посуды, холодильник. Из 5 дней, три не было интернета, печально. Персонал приветливый, гости особенно не парятся с соблюдением правил тишины. Были в начале декабря.
I had to remove the device for a week, not bad both in terms of price and location. There is a washing machine. The cleaning service is lame, the furniture is tired and broken in places, just a little repair is needed. There is a kitchen with min utensils, a refrigerator. Out of 5 days, three had no internet, sad. The staff is friendly, guests are not particularly worried about observing the rules of silence. Were at the beginning of December.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to stay for along time maybe 10days ,comfortable and quiet ,, no breakfast but all restaurants are nearby and they have delicious food with good price .. this picture was the view from my apartment but the swimming pool is for another building.. berk apart have small pool but I didn’t try it .
