★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Email ve telefon aracılığıyla bildirilen Müşteri ihtiyaçlarına hızlı dönüş yapılmıyor, yanıtsız bırakılıyor. Mitshubishi Electric gibi büyük bir uluslararası firmanın satış bayisine hiç yakışmayan bir durum. Türkiye faaliyetlerini hangi merkez koordine ediyorsa derhal düzenleme yapmalı.
Customer needs are not returned quickly by email or phone, and are left unanswered. It is a situation where a big international company like Mitshubishi Electric does not suit its sales dealer. If Turkey would coordinate the activities of the centers which should make immediate arrangements.
