★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memurum. Beren Emlaktan sıfır daire satın aldım. Emlak danışmanlığının nasıl olması gerektiğini kendisinden bizzat yaşayarak öğrendim. Telefonla görüşme marifetiyle bilgi alınmasından başlayıp tapu devri ve akabinde dairenin tüm ihtiyaçlarının giderilmesine kadar ki tüm safhada bizzat ilgilenip işleri yakından takip etti. Daire içinde yapılan tüm işlemleri tek tek resimleyip beni bilgilendirdi. Daireyi eşyalı ve oturmaya hazır olarak kısa sürede kiraya da yine kendi emlak danışmanlığı üzerinden verdik.
My officer. I bought a brand new flat from Beren Emlak. I personally learned how real estate consultancy should be from him. He personally took care of all the needs of the flat, from getting information through a phone call, to the deed transfer and then to the fulfillment of all the needs of the flat, and followed the works closely. He took pictures of all the processes in the flat and informed me. We rented the flat in a short time, furnished and ready to live, again through our own real estate consultancy.
