★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Araçta yaşadığımız problem ile Berat oto tamirhanesine gittik. Kendileri ilgili olmaya çalıştı. Araçla ilgili sorunu giderdi. Bir puanı kırmam nedeni ise sorunu belli olan işlemin maliyetini en başından müşteriye söylemesi gerekir. Bunu da talep etmis olmamıza rağmen bir bakayım ona göre söylerim dedi. Ancak tamamen işlemi yaptı. En sonunda topluca masrafı söyledi.
Bu konuda biraz sitemli oldum.
Belki de parasal durum olmayabilir idi. Bunu düşünerek müşteriye en başından bilgi verebilirse daha başarılı olacağına inanıyorum.
Ustalığı iyi. İşlem boyunca çayımız da eksik olmadı.
Yolum düşerse yine uğrarım.
Ticaret hayatında empatiyi eksik etmeyelim.
