Fakat yanıldım.telefona cevap verildi.Kombinin arızası konusunda beni telefon da yönlendirerek arızayı gidermede yardımcı oldukları için çok teşekkür ederim.Ayni hassasiyeti diğer servislerinde göstermesini umut ederim.
When I called the Viessmann authorized service on the 16.01.2020 at 21.40, I was not hoping that they would respond at that time. But I was wrong. The phone was answered. Thank you very much for helping the phone fix the fault by directing me on the phone's failure. I hope it shows the same sensitivity in other services.

We paid 420 lira for the heat sensor just because it was original. If your warranty has expired, do not call the authorized service
