The store is nice, the product variety is good. There are other furniture stores around. But the street is very narrow.

I certainly do not recommend buying products from here. You give your money in advance but you cannot receive the product immediately. You cannot receive healthy information from anyone about the delivery. Wait at least 2 months for the product to arrive.

4 weeks ago, the young room we gave money in advance and still have not been delivered. we are constantly trying to call and get information. they don't care about the employees working in the store, they say they don't even know when they're coming. We went to the bellona but we received zero customer satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle bir daha bellonadan hiç birşey almıyacagım. Degil alışveriş yapmak sokağından bile geçmem. Peşin ödedim 2 hafta sonra dediler 2 ay sonra koltuk takımının biri geldi biri geimedi. Gelen takımın tekli koltugu ayakları yok 3 ay oldu bekliyoruz hep aynı mazaret bir puan bile vermiyorum.
I will definitely not buy anything from bellona again. I do not even cross the street of shopping. I paid it in advance, they said 2 weeks later, 2 months later, one of the sofa set came and one did not come. The incoming team has no single seat legs. It has been 3 months, we expect the same excuse, I do not even give a point.
