The employees are very caring, polite, experienced and patient. The best Bellona shop I've ever experienced. I think it was Ms. Nigar who took care of me, I especially thank her.

They said they will deliver the carpet I bought in two weeks. It's the 3rd week. They said next week, sir, you are very right, and now the 5th week is about to end, there is still no mood, I couldn't get any service other than making empty promises and stalling, I will not take my step again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

We were welcomed very well by their friendly team. After our order was delivered, they called and confirmed whether we were satisfied and whether the necessary rules were followed while the order was being delivered. I recommend a very interested store.

Şükür ama maalesef gene kumaşının farklı bir bölümünde sıkıntı var. Saldım artık. Aldıkları parayı kursaklarından nasıl gecirebildiklerini kendileri düşünsün .. bin pişman oldum BELLONA yı ve ÇELİK MAĞAZA yi seçip burdan aldığına. Bela okuyorum.
I noticed that there was a problem with the fabric and sponge of the sofa set we bought. It took almost a month for them to come and pick it up, 1 week, and re-delivery. They can bring it back on March 23. Thankfully, but unfortunately, there is a problem in a different part of the fabric. I'm off now. Let them think for themselves how they spent the money they received on their crops. I regretted choosing BELLONA and ÇELİK SHOP and bought it from here. I'm reading Bella.
