★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evlilik arifesi evimizin tüm eşyalarını Atsaylar bellonadan aldık. Genel olarak çok sıkıntı yaşamasakta. Tina köşe koltukla ilgili çok sıkıntı yaşadık. Ürünü şube iki kere yolladı ve iki üründe sorunlu geldi. Kurulum ekibine söylediğimiz de şube ile görüşürüm tekrar değiştirirler denmesine rağmen. Şube çalışanı Mithat Bey bizi 1 ay patronlarına konusacagim değişiklik için ama sonuç çıkmadı ve en son bize artık sorumluluk satış mağazasında değil direk bellonada diyerek başından sağıp işin içinden bu şekilde çıktılar. Daha sonra Bellona servis ile görüşüp değişim istedik fakat bunun ilk bir ay içinde olduğunu söylediler. Tabiki biz bu durumu o an öğrenmiş olduk. Bu sebepten Bellona Atsaylar şubesini kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Branch employee Mithat, I will talk to their boss for a month for the change, but there was no result, and finally, they said to us that the responsibility is no longer in the sales store, but directly in the bellona, and they got out of the business like this. Then we talked to Bellona service and asked for a change, but they said it was within the first month. Of course, we learned this situation at that moment. For this reason, I definitely do not recommend Bellona Atsaylar branch.
