We have experienced this at least 3 times. - They came early at 1, saying we will come around 2-3 when they will come for delivery and we were not at home. Again, due to Ismail's brain miscommunication, the incoming workers had to wait for us. -When they came back for the delivery of the remaining furniture, we learned that this time they ordered the wrong color of the chairs. The chairs went back. -While mounting the base headboard, they stained our newly painted wall and dug holes in our wallpaper. - Lastly, there is still no news about the sofa set and chairs, which are the last part of our orders we placed on 19.07.2018, although it is 27.08.2018 today. - On the 46th day of our order, our sofa set and changed chairs arrived on 03.09.2018. Guess what's the problem now? The seat set is missing the seat and the cushions are the wrong color. Stay tuned, I don't know how many more problems we may have with this store, but I'll keep updating my comment.

The service has changed a lot for the worse. The entire staff changed and it got much worse. For many years we have been buying furniture in this store, there were no problems. The quality of the furniture is good. They always delivered quickly, kept all promises. Booked a bed this year. They promised 1.5-2 months, almost three have passed, and things are still there. And they promise that delivery will be from day to day. Yesterday we decided to buy a mattress, left a deposit, but the manager demanded to come in three days, check and deliver the next day. If the workers damage the goods during delivery, you supposedly have a guarantee. And how long will we deal with them later? There are a lot of Bellona shops in Antalya !!!!! They took the deposit! Let's spend our money elsewhere and take care of our nerves!

We regretted that we canceled our contract at another store to buy, which we liked and loved. They were unable to fulfill any of the words spoken and understood on sale in a timely manner. Although there were 4 shuttle services, they tried to cost us by adding city banditry and bullying to their deficiencies and flaws. I highly recommend not shopping in this store. I am sure that those who want to buy will taste these emotions to the end after taking them.
