Belkon Club Hotel

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Rooms had bed bugs. Showers had bare wires within inches of the shower head. Food was always the same and very poor quality served at best lukewarm warm. Only one bar ever working with half hour queues at night to get served and very poor choices of drinks. Staff very deflated by the amount of complaints they were receiving from all nationalities. The hotel is out on a limb with 50 minute walk into the town of Kadirya. Belek is about 15km from the hotel.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. Cleaning was zero. The food almost the same and not of good quality. The hotel staff were not friendly at all. The room was small with old and cleanliness furniture and stuff. I went there with my husband and was a horrible experience. Don't go there plz....

Very poorly kept place. The hotel reminds of you third-world country hotels. Still running on old equipments like room keys. AC works with noise. Feels like this place doesn’t even bother to catch up with other places. I think even the owners know hotel does not last long. Because if you look at the area there are lots of five-star quality hotels with good service and great view. This one has view to some dumpster and to no-man’s land. I stayed at best hotels of Antalya and I know this is way below par hotel even for the standards of 3 star one. I wouldn’t stay here if not for the organization who booked this place as our temporary stay for the time we worked at some event.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks 8 people and had the time of our life. Theres a lot of room for improvement however staff was amazing and I enjoyed every second I spent with family. It was budget holiday and all you need is family. The food was amazing amazing amazing. I overheard some Turkish families complaining and I pity them because I dont think they could cook this good I prefer more salty foods so I just added on. Rooms were cleaned often. A new shower head would have been great but I still managed to wash and there is free sampoo, fridge door was hard to open but it opened so we stored icecream from the shop available inside the hotel as well as a souvenir shop and clothes shop that sell swimsuits ect. Air conditioning worked like magic, extra pillows available and hairdryer present. The sinks have marble worktops so I could tell alot of money has been put into this place about 20 years ago so rooms need modernising but the pool was cleaned and maintained perfectly every night ready for day. The slides were good my 10 year old had no probs and they all enjoyed. No life guard but all staff are trained and there is always a staff. Bar opens at 11am closes at 11pm free drinks so cant go wrong. Tuborg is the beer and biduble was the Turkish spirit raki like drink not bad. Hamam available and spa and sauna for extra price but still relatively cheap. It was my anniversary so the spa staff really helped out in surprising us. Marvelous customer service from all staff. Non Turkish speakers may struggle due to limited English but seriously go to London if your so fussy. There were frequent service to the beach for free even though the truck seems like it's about to die it didnt and there is a section in the beach that belongs to the hotel where they serve gozleme (cheese pastry) and unlimited drink with watermelon. Theres many activities on the beach like jet ski, was very fun and cheap. Every night there was live music and karaoke and disco within the hotel. Theres also an arcade section with pool and ice hockey and even playstation alongside free wifi in the lobby area. There is no wifi in the rooms that's the only downside but plus side for me due to more family time. Massive dance hall disco hall and you can request music which is great. Frequent service to the nearby clubs for free and VIP access. I mean seriously reading those reviews your there to have fun it doesnt matter if there is a stain on the bed. Get over yourselves. Pay triple amount and go to another place. For the given price this place has alot to offer. They have professional picture taking service which we paid for but again it wasnt over 15 pound for it. Please give this place a shot I really enjoyed my time there and will go to this hotel if needed to

The pool and services are good, the restaurant is not that clean but pool and rooms are good, i would recommend ordering food from restaurants as they getbit from public restaurants and its cheap

This was quite a nice little hotel to stay at. The rooms were moderately comfortable. The fridge in our room wasn't working though and there was a lack of toilet roll or towels being supplied during our stay. However, the heat and time relaxing at the pool made that much better. The food wasn't too bad but it was quite repetitive throughout the morning to evening and it was the same the whole week. The hotel is also quite far from the shopping centres or beach so you'd have to take a long walk to get there or arrange getting a bus/taxi. I wouldn't personally stay here again but it's quite cheap and does have some good points.

Overnight resort, swimming pool and free food. I do not recommend it for conservative families. No views. No beach Far from the city and the taxi is expensive

This Hotel deserves only 1 star Bc the nightevents they do are ok. But everything else... is straight up garbage. We are a family with 5 people. We only got 1 key. The food is cold most of the time, the lines long (sometimes u wait 5min for food and then another 5 for water), and if u ask for more food on the plate, the workers refuse to give extra and say "eat and then go in line again" The rooms are dirty and don't even get cleaned at all. We only got 2 towels. When we requested more, they gave us the tiniest towels u can imagine I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone, no matter how cheap it might be.
