Yeni yapılan binalar, camızyatağı diye isimlendirilen eski bataklık bölgesi üzerine inşa edilmiştir ve temel kazıları max 1.00 m civarındadır geleceğe yatırım yapanlar için tavsiye etmem. Kiralar şuan [500-700] arasında şu donem[12.11.2021] için bakılırsa gayet uygun, daire fiyatlarıda 200.000-250.000 arasında değişiyor . Universite, lise, ilkokul, adliye, hastane, bim, a101... Bu ilçede bulabileceğiniz her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Merkeze gitmek veya soğuklardan dolayı yürümek istemiyorsan sitenin hemen önünde dolmuş durağı var. Bu ilçede zaten kimse park sorunu yaşamaz ama site önünde çocuk parkının bitişiğinde bir otopark bulunmaktadır.
