Belek Beach Resort Hotel

Nice big clean hotel, lots of restaurants and bar's. There's private beach two large swimming pool for adults and one for children. The room we are staying in is clean but it's not modern there was bath in which we thought would have been better with shower. The food we found to me same every other day with different theme, wasn't much taste, lots to choice from but same sort. Overall we had good time.

Very Good resort.... perfect staff... all work hard and try their best.... special thanks to çağla and Derya for organising and providing best service to customers. Pool clean , meals very good , as it expected from Turkish kitchen ... ONLY issue is children activities... only in Russian language... since major travellers are from RUS.. it means other customers are ignored... From Autria, Germany , etc... but they do their best for children and respect. highly recommended and thanks to Belek beach resort.

The hotel is good ,the only thing I must to complain is the food. Quality is low of meat, beef like trash! Nice support staff, small shower room, food should be better

Nice hotel in a nice beach. Good organization, particularly during this pandemic time. The amount of temperature tests and other policies (wear of masks, disinfection of luggage at arrival, etc) are in line with the precautions necessary at this period. Good pools. Well located in a private beach. One other hotel in each side, but in the South-east side of the hotel there was only one hotel active and then a long beach up to a river... Nice for walks in non crowded areas However, I did not find it a 5* hotel. The room was more on a kind of 4* and the food was very repetitive. Mostly chicken, turkey and grilled fish (which sometimes was overcooked). A lot of cakes and sweets... but limited choice of fruits - basically apples, grapes and pears. At occasions water melon and melon. The restaurants a la carte were limited to one per day and as guest I could choose only one per stay (or week of stay). The drinks were also not very good quality...

We chose the Belek beach resort spontaneously because we were flying to Turkey for health reasons. This was our 5th stay in Turkey, We stayed in luxury hotels and regular 5 stars hotels as well. At the beginning, we received a beautiful family apartment because we were 4 women. Two-room apartment with a lounge, bathroom and two balconies, close to the elevator with almost direct descent to the restaurant. An older room, but well-equipped, very bright, with comfortable beds, we were very pleased, welcome fruit and wine - thank you :) hotel surroundings: beautiful landscaped gardens, lots of plants and flowers, beautiful lawns. When it comes to restaurants- delicious food, grills, gozleme, lots of salads, fruit, and breakfast, lunch and dinner with something new varied every day. Bars: European and Turkish alcohols, tap beer, alcohols all available including champagne. The bartenders made excellent drinks, they really put great effort. The beach is wide, a lot of sunbeds, comfortable and clean, there is a gazebo, a lot of sunbeds around the pools. The hotel staff are always smiling helpful, we talked to several managers, we praised the hotel and the whole service because they really deserved it. Belek beach resort is a great hotel, we will be recommending it to everyone.

It's a big hotel with high level of organisation and very good staff, during this 2021 summer time the hotel manage that the personnel use masks and professional attitude considering the pandemia, but... people I mean guests do not respect rules, breakfast, lunches, dinners were just an avalanche of bodies, swimming pools overcrowded, for me and my family of 4 were the worst holidays in years. The hotel did not took into consideration the Covid in terms of amount of people, the hotel in half capacity can be perfect. Probably some people did not notice it but it's my point of view. One afternoon I requested an extra hair conditioner at reception and it was denied as I was told only one for room, this explain many thinks. After booking directly with them and paying you receive many calls including midnight, but you request on same WhatsApp they were calling you asking at what time is the check in and you have not response at all. Place highly clean, excellent staff. Some issues to fix.

for me it was perfect, the food was amazing and there was a variety of choices. you can play tenis and mini golf even. the room service was just perfect and the workers were really nice. i loved it!

It has everything you need, nothing is fancy or extra special but it is good enough for the hotel rate. The basic rooms are very small and the bathrooms needs renovation. There was a leak in the shower when we told the reception no action was taken. No variety in the TV channels, the only English channels are news channels. The staff are nice, the helped me setup a surprise party for my friend, it is expected that all front desk staff speak English. Overall we had a good stay.
