Clean hotel freshly painted basic rooms but comfy bed and comfy chairs in public areas ,service from the staff (reception,bar,restaurant )was excellent ,sea view from the kitchen,great food just like home,good variety.Was nice to see entertainment even the season just started.Very good location close to the shops/pubs.Would defenatly recomend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Like everyone says location good, food ok staff pleasant etc but the clientele is 99% Russian and if you've ever holidayed with them you might not want to repeat the experience. So stay here if you're Russian but brits might want to choose somewhere a little more welcoming. The staff are lovely, they speak great Russian but don't expect to have the craic with them in English.

The location is very good, close to the beach, the staff is friendly. Suitable for families.

it is beautiful and quiet, a good hotel. but beds are for Lilliput. the room allows you to put a normal bed. or is there a shortage of normal beds now?

Except the two problems we experienced, hotel was very good. It is just near the beach of fantastic öludeniz, rooms are nice and clean. Food is mostly good, some of varieties are very good. Staff is very helpfull. Pizza near the pool is best. However, they did not change our room after our request as there was noisy neighboors. And also there mistreatment of a staff which was really not nice and chief apologized.

The hotel is located in Oludeniz region. The location is beautiful. But the sea of ​​the public beach in front of the hotel is very choppy. It makes it very difficult to go swimming in the afternoon. The waves are very strong and it is not possible to swim on the edge. Hotel staff is very caring and problem solving oriented. It's a clean hotel. It can be considered as a very good hotel in 3-star standard. I advise.

This hotel could be amazing if the rooms had a lick of paint and shower head either de scaled thoroughly or replaced !! The dining room is dull and depressing yet with some bright paint and new tables and chairs it would fine. The reception area is stunning pool bar and toilet facilities good pool amazing entertainment venue small but attractive. The outside eating area is amazing but again new tables and chairs would improve this greatly. The cleaning here is very good rooms and all communal areas cleaned daily. Pizzas burgers and chips cooked fresh at the pool bar are very good as is the hot drinks machine. Perhaps due to it being the last week before closing for the season the food in the main restaurant wasn't the best. The staff here are friendly and helpful. I would definitely return if these minor improvements were made.
