Yıllardır beko kullanıcıso olarak bir çok ilde beko servislerinden hizmetnaldım, ama didim ekibi berbat ve bir hafta sonraya randevu vermelerine rağmen sözlerinde durmuyorlar.genel merkez evden çıkma diyor. Ne gelen var ne giden Dönüş bile yapmıyorlar. Bence beko didimdeki servisi yüzünden çok müşteri kaybedecek. Ya doğru dürüst hizmet verin yada bu işi yapmayın. Yazık çok yazık
Service that doesn't deserve even one star. For years, as a backhoe user, I have received service from beko services in many cities, but the team of didim is terrible and they don't keep their word even though they make an appointment for a week later. Neither incoming nor outgoing They do not even return. I think backhoe will lose a lot of customers because of its service in my life. Either give proper service or don't do this job. What a pity

Benim yazarkasa pos cihazını hurdaya ayırdılar, ilk hata yazısı çıktığında 50 TL karşılığında yaptılar, aradan 6 ay geçti aynı yazı tekrar çıktı, bu sefer 250 tl ye yaptılar, ve aradan bir ay geçti aynı hata yazısı tekrar çıktı ve götürdüğümde bu sefer ana kart arızalı dediler 1.765 tl para istediler. Kesinlikle makinamı bile isteye bozdular. Siz siz olun hiç bir cihazınızı bırakmayın.
I would definitely not recommend leaving your defective products. They scrapped my cash register pos device, they did it for 50 TL when the first error message came out, 6 months passed, the same letter came out again, this time they did it for 250 TL, and a month passed, the same error message appeared again and when I took it, they said that the main board is defective. They asked for 1,765 TL money. They definitely broke my machine on purpose. Be you, do not leave any of your devices.
