Daha üste iki pencerenin orta kısmında yuvarlak bir madalyon içerisinde Arapça bir yazı bulunmaktadır. Caminin içi kök boyadan yapılmış çeşitli bitkiler motiflerle bezemelidir. Caminin avlusunda taştan yapılmış bir çeşme mevcuttur. Çeşmenin ön yüzü iki pano halinde düzenlenmiş, soldaki panonun ortasında bir yuvarlak içinde ay ve çiçek motifi dipte yıldız motifi ve başka motifler işlenmiştir. Sağdaki pano çeşitli geometrik bitkisel motiflerle süslü olup çeşme harap haldedir. Hicri 1294 (Miladi 1873) yılında yapılan cami yörede önemli bir eser niteliğindedir. Samsun ilinde bu özelliği ile Çarşambadaki Göçeli camiinden sonra ikinci konumdadır. Ahşap ve içi bezemeli bir örneğe bölgede şimdiye rastlanmamıştır.
