I love it, clean and good food too, staff are excellent . .No good English speaking and the location is not bad but it is to crowded and hard to find parking space.

Amazing hotel will stay again aNd again. Great parking. Warm staff?

We just checked in... today is Saturday, September 5, 2020. So far we have had a horrible experience. Here are the problems we've encountered. Please bear with me as I explain: 1- the first issue we encountered was at the Reception where "Ahmet" couldn't find our reservations. After a short period of search, he found it and proceeded with the check in. 2- once Ahmet got us checked in and properly registered, he asked us to follow him to our room, number 116. Upon entering the room it was obvious that the room hasn't been cleaned from the previous guests. He then ran to the reception area to retrieve a key to another room. This time room 110. 3- the AC in 110 was out of order a d Ahmet tried to get it to work but he wasn't successful. He then asked us to wait in the restaurant for 30 minutes to figure something out. 4- we went to the restaurant and decided to order soup while we waited. It took 30 minutes for us to be served soup... 30 minutes for soup for crying out loud. 5- our wait in the restaurant ended up being an hour after which Ahmet asked to us to follow him... guess what? We were back to room 116. This time it was cleaned up and therefore we settled there for the night. However, the room wasn't completely cleaned because we found remnants from the previous guests. 6- the next we left the hotel at 11am to go sightseeing. We returned at 8pm only to find out that our room hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping. Ahmet was at the reception and asked him to come and see the room for himself. He called another employee "Mohammed" to help him clean "tidy up" the room at which point I asked them to stop, refund my money for the remaining night and let me check out. After few intense minutes, Mohammed suggested to move us to another room... room number 212. Before I agreed to this, I asked to see the room after which I agreed to the move. Mohammed helped us move our luggage and belongings to the new room. I can honestly tell you that throughout all my travels, I have never encountered such incompetency and poor service in both the hotel and restaurant. Furthermore, it is obvious that the hotel doesn't have any housekeeping employees. I haven't seen any at all. The glass doors to the hallways where the rooms are haven't been cleaned in days as there are lots of finger prints. The main entryway is dirty and hasn't been swept or mopped in days or maybe even months. And throughout the hotel there are areas that's hadn't been touched, dusted, vacuumed, swept or mopped in a long, long time. This definitely a very beautiful hotel and the restoration of this building is truly wonderful. However, the hotel's management is incompetent and are of very weak caliber. This hotel is not worthy of your money and I highly encourage you to stay at a different hotel. It's very unclean hotel and during this COVID-19 pandemic I'm concerned for our health and you should be too. Stay elsewhere... there are many other hotels in Sivas and I'm certain none can be any worse than this one.

Nice renovated building of Selcuk Turk's architecture. However the renting restaurant is not excelling. Service staff working some of them does not wear mask, some smoke while working (!). The ice cream ordered was anything else but ice cream and rather pricey. Toilettes not up to standard. I gave the feedback directly to the manager and he promised to improve. The staff is just not well trained. Cannot comment on the food. We wanted just some refreshments and come back later for dinner but after our observations we changed our mind.

We did not stay in the hotel but only went to the SPA. Massage is very good, but the man at the counter ask to much money. There are no prices at the list,so he Just write a price he want. I do not trust him. Than he said hamam was included in this price but we did not get hamam,Just the massage. Positive about the woman who give massage,negative about the man who arrange everything.

The hotel is astonishingly nice, the rooms are super and the restaurant is very good. The price is affordable. The only problem is that a bad smell is always around outside the rooms and gets into the room.
